We believe every organization should have the freedom to innovate without limitations, supported by an optimized DevOps infrastructure.With a team of only 50 people, we’ve achieved sustainable growth over the past five years, and now it’s time to invite one more strategic role on board.We envision the DevOps Solutions Architect as a person who can become the go-to strategic partner for clients who want to scale with confidence.We expect you to be involved in pre-sales, solution architecture (50%), and account management activities (50%) on a full-time basis.
Over time, you will become a strategic consultant for both existing and new clients—able to build strong relationships, balance both the client and company perspectives, and bring excellent technical expertise when needed.We expect you to act proactively and strategically in the following fields:
We will introduce you to the company structure, processes, and needs. We will explain our Whys and Whats. You will join calls with our leads and current clients to get a glimpse of our Hows, and then reflect together on the What Ifs.
