The Solutions Architect & Technical Account Manager is a trusted strategic partner for clients looking to scale with confidence. For this reason, we are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous DevOps Engineer with strong communication skills.
This role involves an equal split between pre-sales and solution architecture activities (50%) and account management responsibilities (50%) on a full-time basis.
In this role, success means:
We will introduce you to the company structure, processes, and needs. We will explain our Whys and Whats. You will join calls with our leads and current clients to get a glimpse of our Hows, and then reflect together on the What Ifs.
Over time, you will become a strategic consultant for both existing and new clients—able to build strong relationships, balance both the client and company perspectives, and bring excellent technical expertise when needed.
